Country-level and Thematic Evaluation of GPE’s New Operating Model
In 2020, GPE launched its New Strategy and Operational Model (GPE 2025). GPE 2025 is a strategic plan providing a platform for partnership development to support education systems transformation in the most vulnerable countries, seeking to accelerate learning, learning outcomes, and gender equality through equitable, inclusive, and resilient education systems. Learn More, TripleLine and Technopolis have begun a 4-year longitudinal evaluation in 40 partner countries and across seven thematic areas to assess the relevance, coherence, effectiveness, and efficiency of the roll-out of GPE’s new operating model. Learn More is responsible for developing a system thinking approach to the evaluation, designing a gender-responsive evaluation process, and to design, implement, and manage an ambitious continuous learning strategy to support decision-making efforts at the Secretariat and country levels.
