External Evaluation of Fleet Forum’s Training Courses
Learn More completed an in-depth analysis of two online Fleet Management training programs, assessing effectiveness and efficiency of online and blended delivery against face-to-face delivery. Learn More analysed data collected through 25+ remote interviews with training participants, managers, and Fleet Forum staff. We triangulated primary data from interviews with secondary coming from Fleet Forum documentation, and feedback surveys. Conclusions and recommendations are informing Fleet Forum’ strategy for future programming.
