Music for Emergencies (M4E) Randomized Control Trial

In 2020, Lebanon was affected by a tragic blast that devastated Beirut’s port. Lebanon is also facing multifaceted and long-lasting crises including hyperinflation, the Syrian refugee influx, civic unrest, and the COVID-19 pandemic. Children are by far the worst affected. In response, Right to Play has established the LEGO Foundation–funded Music for Emergencies (M4E) program to improve the resilience and psychosocial skills of children affected by crisis-related traumas. Learn More completed the evaluation of this project by testing experimental psychometric tools, and triangulating findings with evidence from interviews and focus groups.
