Organisational Learning Capabilities Assessment (OLCA) Review and Development
Following two previous engagements for the Academy, Learn More was contracted in late 2021 to review a competency framework for organizations working in humanitarian capacity building. Our team ran extensive consultations with organisations using the framework, adapted the framework and developed a self-assessment questionnaire with guidance for organisations seeking to improve learning outcomes.
