Deep Dive Analysis of Policies Addressing Child Poverty and Educational Inequity
The Child Guarantee is a project commissioned from UNICEF by the European Commission in several EU countries, aimed at identifying and addressing, through the design and implementation of appropriate policies, the barriers to access to basic rights and services for children and adolescents in the areas of education, health, nutrition, and adequate housing. In consortium with the prestigious Istituto Cattaneo, Learn More coordinates and manages the research that will underpin the implementation of the Childhood Guarantee in Italy. The research takes an in-depth look at social policies, programmes and practices that address child poverty and educational inequality in Italy. In addition to coordinating a team of over 20 experts and all qualitative and quantitative data collection, Learn More oversees the research on the right to access quality education for children and adolescents.
